RESISTO JOIST GUARD joist tape is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane designed to protect deck and balcony joists from moisture infiltration that can lead to rot and premature deterioration. Made with SBS modified bitumen, a high-density polyethylene surface, and a silicone release film backing, it helps extend the service life of exterior wood framing while remaining barely visible beneath decking boards.
